The apartment that I have called home for seven years now is.. SOLD!
Yesterday, my parents sealed the deal, and I will now longer live at my current address ever again starting Dec 15. Although, this is no news to me, I am still in shock, the power of a little signature on a piece of paper! WOW
There are so many memories in this apartment and neighborhood. Its hard to imagine myself not ever coming over here again.
The dinner celebration with the new owners was more of a mourning to me. I am still territorial about my apartment, and talk about how the new owners who are considering to paint my living room yellow was NOT making me happy. YELLOW?!
I know I will need to let go soon and embrace my new home somewhere on the other side of this earth! – Kuwait.
On the other hand, I cant believe how much junk one person can accumulate in 7 years!
I am not messy, but damn! I have a lot of stuff!!
I realized that I am one of those people that never throws things away and now that I need to, having had stuff saved that long makes it harder to throw away.
Some of the saved junk includes:
most of my movie stubs
school notebooks
old school projects
train tickets
notes my old roommate left for me.
magazines
and more magazines
did I mention magazines?
Gift wrapping paper and boxes the gifts came in!
And so much more..
Id like to keep them, but I haven’t decided on whether I will or not. Right now they are piled up in the corner of my room. - An eye sore if I may add!
Good Bye apartment…. * sniff *

HELLO WORLD!
JOY!
My screen name and what I currently feel after deciding that its time I move in with my parents one last time before I move out again sometime in the future.
While this idea might be a nightmare to most people my age, Its not mine. I am looking forward to it!
I am completely oblivious to life in Kuwait. I am warned that there will be a lot of adjusting involved. So, while I am adjusting to my new life’s ups and downs, I am hoping that my blog will be my refuge from the REAL world.
